OUR CULINARY JOURNEY

In 2004, Thomas opened "The Dales Café" in Otley, which served up traditional English food during the week and transformed into an authentic Greek restaurant on weekends.

Then in 2020, the pandemic and lockdown began, which completely changed the hospitality industry and meant Thomas and His family had to quickly adapt.

Taking a leap of faith, Thomas switched up his entire menu and café set-up so that he could serve traditional Greek street food to take away - meaning everyone could get a taste of his his home cuisine during those difficult days of lockdown

Now known as "Thomas's Taverna", we're the same family-run business just a lot more Greek
